Our Superior Installation Service
When you purchase any of our products, there are two options for installation – choose which one works best for you:
1. Owner Installation
If you’d prefer to have your new Coronet laundry equipment installed by an in-house team, we can ship the new machine(s) to your property. All of our equipment comes with detailed specifications for the proper installation, including:
- size of air openings
- angles of exhaust runs
- distance from utility sources
- depth of concrete for the hard mount washer-extractors
2. Full-Service Installation
We offer full-service installation by factory trained technicians who understand your products’ requirements and specifications inside and out. This ensures your new equipment is fully and properly installed the first time.
- moving the equipment into place
- anchoring
- leveling
- grouting equipment (as necessary)
Please note: Utility connections are the property’s owner/lessee’s responsibility. Once the utility connections are complete, we will schedule machine start-up and user training.
Equipment Training
We won’t leave you out to dry. Coronet Equipment offers training for your staff on how to utilize your new equipment properly and effectively. We can also teach you and your team how to do basic troubleshooting. The staff at Coronet Equipment have years of expertise in training and can help establish the best system for workflow in your facility.
Remember: when your team is trained on how to use the equipment as intended, they become a cost-savings measure for your business. How? By ensuring your team is well-instructed, you’re investing in your machine’s proper use which protects it from requiring servicing.
Preventative Maintenance
Coronet Equipment also provides preventative maintenance contracts to routinely clean and service machines. Please contact your Coronet sales representative for more details.
Equipment Servicing
Downtime costs money, so it is critical to get the job done right the first time with factory-trained service.
Our service technicians are factory-trained, mobile, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When your equipment goes down, Coronet Equipment technicians can get to you quickly.
What does it mean that our technicians are factory-trained? It means they know how your equipment is supposed to run when it’s fresh from the factory. Their experience and practical, hands-on product knowledge ensure quick diagnosis and repairs for you.
What does it mean that Coronet Equipment services technicians are mobile?
It means we have fully-stocked mobile service vans to ensure that downtime is kept at a minimum. Our service area covers all of Alberta and extends into British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Whether your machine is 30 days or 30 years old, Coronet service technicians are trained to help keep your laundry operations running smoothly.
Labour Warranty
All equipment Coronet sells applies to the Manufacturer’s Warranty only. Please refer to your sales brochures for information on the manufactures warranty. The installation of the machines done by Coronet Equipment technicians is warranted for labour for 90 days. Extended warranties are also available upon request.
